We are currently accepting Colorado Certified FHA appraisers with at least five years residential appraisal experience in their current geographic area. In order to create your account please have the following items ready (in pdf format): a copy of your current certification, E & O Insurance binder, and two work samples with references. Upon acceptance you will be required to submit a completed W-9 form, Appraiser Independent Contractor Agreement, and your non-refundable membership fee will be collected at this time.
